Detects unauthorized reading of the GitHub CLI hosts.yml file by processes other than standard development tools (gh, gh.exe, code). This activity could indicate an attempt to steal authenticated GitHub sessions, as the hosts.yml file contains sensitive GitHub authentication tokens.
