Detects a secret being revealed in the Secret Server interface. Launching a session
uses a credential without exposing it; displaying it puts the plaintext in front of
a human, where it can be copied, photographed or written down and used outside every
control the vault provides.
Display is materially more serious than use, and the two are worth separating.
Onboarding: SECRET-SERVER is ingested via Syslog (CEF) (Bloo extractor 844).
Integration guide: https://bloo.io/docs/hypercloud/syslog-connector
BQL (Bloo Query Language):
stream=secretserver-secret where sourcename='SECRET-SERVER'
and action='PASSWORD_DISPLAYED'
| groupby user, file, filetype, srcip

Detects VNC and remote framebuffer sessions, including the authentication method
negotiated. RFB is frequently deployed without strong authentication on industrial
and legacy systems, and an attacker finding one has interactive desktop access to a
machine that often cannot run an endpoint agent at all.
Onboarding: NTA is ingested via Network Traffic Analysis (Bloo extractor 717).

Detects a burst of user deactivations in a Slack workspace. Mass deactivation locks
colleagues out of the channel an organisation uses to coordinate its own incident
response, which is both disruptive in itself and a way of blinding the responders
while something else proceeds.
Onboarding: SLACK is ingested via Slack native connector (Bloo extractor 833).

Detects heartbeat and synchronisation events in Secret Server. Heartbeat verifies a
stored credential still works on the target. Repeated failures mean the credential
has changed outside the vault — which happens when an attacker rotates it to lock the
organisation out of its own privileged account.

Detects an account being unlocked through Centrify on Windows. Lockout is often the
only visible consequence of a password-guessing attempt; an unlock immediately
afterwards either restores a locked-out colleague or, if performed by the attacker
who caused it, clears the obstacle so guessing can continue.
Onboarding: CENTRIFY-AUDITTRAIL-WINDOWS is ingested via Syslog (KV) (Bloo extractor 821).

Detects scheduled task creation observed through ADAudit Plus. Scheduled tasks are a
long-standing persistence and remote execution mechanism, and seeing them at the
directory audit layer catches creation across the domain rather than host by host.

Detects deletion of a Jira issue security scheme. These schemes restrict who can see
sensitive issues — security findings, HR matters, incident records. Removing one can
expose restricted issues to the whole project at a stroke, and it is a quiet way to
gain access to material that was deliberately walled off.

Detects a large outbound transfer measured at the Versa edge. Branch sites typically
send modest volumes, so a sustained upload from one is either a backup nobody
documented or data leaving a location with the least security coverage in the
estate.

Detects use of a credential seeded by the deception platform. Decoy credentials are
planted where an intruder will find them — in memory, in config files, in browser
stores — and are never issued to a person, so any use proves both that credential
theft occurred and that the attacker has begun using what they stole.
The source address on the use tells you where the attacker is operating from, which
is usually a host you did not yet know was involved.
Onboarding: SMOKESCREEN is ingested via Syslog (CEF) (Bloo extractor 206).

Detects account creation on the NAS. Storage appliances are often administered
outside central identity management, so a local account created on one is both
durable persistence and largely invisible to directory-based monitoring.
An account created here survives domain-level remediation entirely.
